“The message here that the type and quality of food and drink is very important,” said Dariush Mozaffarian, MD, DrPH, associate professor of medicine and epidemiology at Harvard School of Public Health, Brigham and Women’s Hospital and Harvard Medical School, as reported by WebMD, Saturday (06/24/2011).
In this study, researchers studied 120,000 participants for 4 years. Mozaffarian said that this new study shows how some lifestyle factors, including diet associated with weight loss long term.
